What are the Ingredients?

PureCalm™ Nighttime is a 100% herbal formula and contains the following ingredients in therapeutic dosage: Lemon balm, Valerian, California Poppy, Lavender, and Passion Flower.

• Certified Organic Lemon Balm: Has long been favored for use in all complaints that were supposed to “proceed from a disorders state of the nervous system.” It is used for anxiety, stress, insomnia, dyssomnia, and restlessness. Lemon balm is used for psychological conditions, including hysteria, and melancholia.
• Certified Organic Valerian: A calmative that is useful for restlessness, sleeplessness, nervousness, hysteria, nervous stomach, headaches, and menstrual problems. The German Commission E has approved valerian or restlessness and sleeping disorders based on nervous conditions
• Certified Organic California Poppy: A calming and anti-inflammatory agent. The main active component in California poppy is californidine, which has a sleep inducing, sedative effect.
• Certified Organic Lavender: A well-known herb found in countries all over the world. Lavender contains active ingredients such as tannins, coumarins, flavonoids, triterpenoids, and volatile oil. It is best known for its soothing properties and as a tonic to support the nervous system. Orally, lavender is used for various psychological conditions, including anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, and nervousness.
• Certified Organic Passion Flower Herb: Highly regarded by traditional herbalists for its soothing properties and support of the nervous system. Passion flower is used for insomnia, anxiety, and adjustment disorders with anxious mood. It is also used orally for preoperative anxiety and sedation.
• Inactive Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, deionized water.

Triple Complex Sleep Tonic™ is a 100% homeopathic formula and contains the following HPUS ingredients with the following indications (purposes): Calc phos 8x, Calc sulph 8x, and Mag phos 8x.

• Calc phos 8x: Important in assimilation and digestion, found in the blood and is an essential constituent of hemoglobin which carries oxygen to all parts of the body; emaciation, weak, feeble.
• Calc sulph 8x: Found in the blood, preventative of cell disintegration, an essential constituent of hemoglobin which carries oxygen to all parts of the body.
• Mag phos 8x: Antispasmodic, causes muscle fibers to relax; found in the blood and is an essential constituent of hemoglobin which carries oxygen to all parts of the body.
• Inactive Ingredients: USP water, grain alcohol (20% by volume), and sucrose.

How do I use Melatonin-Free Sleep Support ComboPack?

PureCalm™ Nighttime

Dilute drops in a small amount of water or juice and sip slowly. Alternatively, drop directly into the mouth with dropper.

Adults: Take 0.50 mL 1 hour before bedtime.

For all ages:
First Dose: Take 0.25 mL or 0.50 mL every hour for up to 10 servings or until symptoms subside.
Daily: Take 0.25 or 0.50 mL 3 times daily.
