How do I use Infant Massage Oil ?

Place bottle in receptacle of hot (not boiling) water to warm. Pour approximately 2.5 - 5 ml onto hands and massage slowly and gently onto baby's body, avoiding the face and genital area. Don’t worry too much about technique and rather relax and enjoy the process. Your baby will guide you as to what he or she enjoys and anyone can safely learn to massage a baby.
