Everyday stress and tension are unfortunately both a part of our modern lifestyle and can affect almost everyone at some time in their life. Occasional stress is not necessarily a bad thing and it can in fact help a person to perform at their peak when the pressure is on.

An underlying feeling of angst or consistent feelings of worry may lead to an imbalance in our minds and bodies, thereby reducing feelings of harmony and well being.

This combination of therapeutic and soothing deep relaxation music has been especially designed to induce a state of deep relaxation, effectively relieving tension and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. The listener is lulled by gentle and soothing music and is taken through a series of progressive relaxation steps, leading to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Thereafter guided imagery is used to further enhance and expand the therapeutic benefits, which include relaxation, inner calm, freedom from fear and enhanced self esteem.

The CD is approximately one hour in length and is created to help provide all the benefits of an hour of relaxation therapy with a trained counselor - in the comfort of your own home! How do I use The Calm Within CD

Although not essential, it is best to listen to soothing music and natures soothing sounds of The Calm Within CD on headphones to reduce outside interferences and promote deeper and undisturbed relaxation. The CD lasts approximately one hour and should be listened to from start to finish for maximum therapeutic effect.

DIRECTIONS

Soothing, deep relaxation music is best enjoyed if you are lying or sitting comfortably in a quiet, peaceful place. Because body temperature drops slightly during deep relaxation, wear loose-fitting clothes that are warm and comfortable. Wearing of socks is also recommended.
